Working in the IT industry for fifteen years, I performed a variety of technical tasks on a regular basis. However, in addition to my vocational and industry experience, I obtained valuable practical facilitation skills training new hires and staff members which I put to good use later throughout my graduate years at Polytechnique Montreal. As a graduate student, I was assigned lectures to present in the classroom under the supervision of the course’s professor which was a helpful means to improve and to develop my pedagogical skills and teaching style. It also exposed me to a larger and more diverse audience. It is worth mentioning that I feel competent and confident to present any courses in WAN Implementation, Linux Operating System, Network Administration, Local Network Implementation, Network Server Administration, Server Database Administration, Management of Messaging Server, Cloud Computing, Network Security, Cryptography, Exchange Server and SQL Server.
